The Rincon family made Virginia their home in the late 1970s, with roots in Fairfax County schools and universities. From the beginning, they dedicated themselves to building businesses that reflected their pride, commitment, and deep connection to the community. Today, the next generation is excited to carry on that legacy, both through our restaurant and now with the launch of Guapo’s Official Merch Shop!
